First month’s rent will be required at time of lease signing. Damage deposit will be required at time of unit walk through, just prior to possession. Tenants are required to acquire and maintain tenant’s insurance.

Our Rental Application Process
If you are interested in renting a condo with us, start by filling out the form. Here is an overview of our Rental Application Process.

If the unit you are requesting is available, we will schedule an in-person or virtual viewing of the unit.

After the viewing, if you are interested in moving forward we will provide you with our rental application.

We will review your application and if you are approved, we will send a tenant leasing agreement to you for the length of stay you are interested in.

At the time of signing the lease, your first month's rent is due and may be paid by e-transfer.

Prior to moving in we will do a walk through in-person or virutally with you.

At the time we release the keys to you, a refundable damage deposit is due equal to one month's rent.
