Our Rental Application Process
If you are interested in renting a condo with us, start by filling out the form. Here is an overview of our Rental Application Process.

If the unit you are requesting is available, we will schedule an in-person or virtual viewing of the unit.

After the viewing, if you are interested in moving forward we will provide you with our rental application.

We will review your application and if you are approved, we will send a tenant leasing agreement to you for the length of stay you are interested in.

At the time of signing the lease, your first month's rent is due and may be paid by e-transfer.

Prior to moving in we will do a walk through in-person or virutally with you.

At the time we release the keys to you, a refundable damage deposit is due equal to one month's rent.

Your Calgary oasis is across the street from the Chinook Centre (a large shopping mall), C-Train (Calary's LRT) and bus routes. You can also walk to Britannia Plaza, Sunterra Market, Village Ice Cream, Grumans Delicatessen, Lina’s Italian Mercato and much more! This phenomenal neighbourhood offers an extremely active community centre, tennis courts, ice skating rink and sports fields plus is bordered by the Calgary Golf and Country Club and the Elbow River. You're close to Sandy Beach Park and Glenmore Park. Located just off Elbow Drive, you can be downtown or to the Stampede Grounds in 10 minutes by car/Uber, and just a little more than that by public transport. You've also got easy access to two highways if you commute elsewhere in the region.
